This is the 5th time we have been to The Bay in the last 17 months and we have enjoyed every minute. We tend to go out of season to do some walking and to make the most of the cheaper rates. We have stayed in apartments, 1 bedroom cottages and a 3 bedroom cottage - all have been excellent. We hope to return soon as we prefer it now before the leisure complex is built.

Excellent accommodation in a great location. The cottage was clean, warm, modern and fantastic value for money. We will be returning soon!

Excellent, friendly service, the accommodation has everything you need and more and a lovely location with direct access to the beach - perfect.

The park showed no sign of the hustle and bustle normally associated with holiday parks. It is in a lovely location which at times felt like you were miles from anywhere, but a short walk along the beach brought you to the main town of Filey. A short car drive would take you into either Scarborough of Bridlington. A lovely location!

The accommodation was wonderful as was the pub. Access to the beach was easy and the beach itself was clean and lovely. We all had a wonderful time and will be back very soon!

There is a lovely, friendly pub on the site that serves good value for money meals and snacks - a nice place to retreat to in the evenings after a busy day sight seeing and eating icecream. You can also enjoy an evening stroll along a foot path down to an amazing beach. The accommodation is 1st class, clean and modern.

Better than I thought, the cottages were out of this world and very, very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, my wife and my 2 yr old loved it, would recommend to anyone. Thanks will be going back next year.

A great place to stay, the cottages were out of this world and me, my wife and our two year old loved it. There are plenty of places to visit nearby and we would recommend it to anyone, it also has a great beach, and if you're like us and stay in on the nights because of a little one then there are plenty of places to order from (ie. pizza, chinese), who are more then welcome to deliver to your cottage. We can't wait to return next year!

A great place to come and visit with as much or as little around you as you wish. Filey is a 5 minute drive or walk along the beach, Bridlington,Whitby,Scarborough are a bit further out. Good for families, couples and for pets. These are not chalets or caravans they are houses ...new ones at that with all the trappings you would expect - nice decor, bathrooms,kitchen etc, a nice pub with great food...and a nice unspoilt beach.

We had a fab stay at The Bay. The accommodation was excellent, comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. The location was great for us, the beach is a 10 -15 minute walk and is beautiful and unspoilt. Filey itself is a lovely place with Glenfield Gardens providing a park, pedaloes, crazy golf and cafe for a laid back afternoon with the children. It also has a lovely beach and none of the amusement arcades.

The cottage was excellent with a high quality TV and hifi, and the furnishings were very modern. There is lots to do in the area and we tried the pub on site for a bar meal and it was very nice.

The accommodation was fantastic with all the facilities a family needs. The location is perfect for exploring Whitby, Scarborough and Filey and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and paying in advance means a speedy check in.

The Bay is ideally situated between Bridlington and Scarborough and we felt that it made for an ideal location for exploring the local coastline and countryside. We would have no doubts in recommending it to others.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean and tidy and the park area was generally quiet and peaceful. One very enjoyable day was spent walking the length of the very clean, sandy bay before the tide came in !

We had a brilliant holiday, our 3 year-old and 5 month old were made to feel welcome and didn't want to leave. The pub is great and the walk to the beach, beautiful. All in all a great holiday had by all!

We had a lovely holiday, the accommodation was very good, the pub on site was very good and the food was lovely. If you have a dog I would highly recommend this park as you are able to take them into the pub, and it is a lovely walk to the beach.

We were thoroughly impressed with our accommodation at The Bay, Filey. We understand that there is to be a spa complex due for completion; once that is open, The Bay will well and truly be a fantastic holiday resort. Reception and security staff were both friendly and helpful providing an extremely professional and personal service throughout the duration of our stay.

I would recommend this holiday to couples and families. It is in a lovely location and the pub on site gave us a welcome and fantastic meals. The couple that run the pub were a delight to know, they were most helpful, and the food was to die for. We would return just for their welcome and friendliness plus the fantastic food!

The holiday resort is perfectly placed - quick and easy access to a quite unspolit beach - you can easily walk along the beach all the way to Filey (at low tide!). Also within easy driving distance to all the popular resorts.

This was one of the best self catering holidays we have had in this area. The "bay"standards were first class absolutely fantastic, no complaints.
