  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs S from Gwent on 30/09/2009 04:01:30

  • A wonderful 'home-from-home' holiday with excellent accommodation in a beautiful location with wonderful places to explore. Charming, friendly local pubs and inns serving fabulous food. A delightful holiday and one definitely worth repeating.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs B from Cambridgeshire on 27/06/2010 04:08:40

  • We would recommend this holiday to others as the place was perfect. The scenery was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs B from Kent on 30/12/2009 04:02:05

  • The owners put themselves out to help, (due to adverse weather conditions) i.e. towing us to the accommodation and again back to our cars at the end of our stay. Mr & Mrs Sinclair were very friendly people and made us most welcome. The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs D from Essex on 24/08/2009 04:06:01

  • This holiday was so enjoyable that our party all want to go back next year, the barn/house was so clean and tidy, it was a home from home but in a fantastic setting, really good for keen walkers of all ages and fitness, the owners were really nice and helpful to us, but they were there if we needed them otherwise they just let us get on with our holiday. The bedrooms were really spacious and tastefully decorated as was the rest of the house. The views were breathtaking totally a five star holiday . The location gives you a real get away feeling but you are 5 miles away from Kirkby Stephen were you can shop and eat out or go for a take out. We all really loved it 10 out of 10 for location and setting .
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs M from on 24/08/2009 04:06:02

  • The scenery on the the journey up to and around the immediate area of the cottage was breathtaking.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Miss P from South Yorkshire on 10/10/2010 04:13:42

  • Cracket cottage is just lovely and the owners have really thought of everything. The real fire was just fantastic. For a simple get away for the hustle and bustle of daily life this place is just perfect. There are some good walks from the village and so it's absolutely ideal for dog owners. Note that you are a good 20 miles from a large supermarket do go prepared. The local shop is well stocked but opening hours are limited.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Miss P from South Yorkshire on 15/11/2010

  • Wonderful cottage, Ann has thought of everything. Will certainly be coming back.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Miss S from Buckinghamshire on 15/11/2010

  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs M from on 15/11/2010

  • Great Cottage, warm welcome, had a great time.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mr F from West Yorkshire on 19/09/2009 04:02:08

  • The cottage is approx 270 years old and will still be there in 270 years. Traditional cottage with walls 2 feet thick and the silence is deafening, magic! Oh and you have to make your own fire!. The cottage has everything you will need, lashings of hot water and is spotless.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mr M from Tyne And Wear on 14/08/2009

  • The cottage is in an excellent location, directly opposite a pub and behind that there is a park with some swings and a path to the river. There is a shop just along the road within walking distance. Westgate is a great spot to explore the surrounding areas i.e. North Pennines and beyond etc. We had not visited the area before and were glad we chose the location. The cottage is well supplied with everything you could need, decorated throughout with antiques and other odds and ends. The property was ideal for our family of two young children.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs S from Herts on 16/08/2010 04:18:06

  • This is a great bungalow in a fantastic location for walking along the coastal path, enjoying fantastic sun sets over the Wash, exploring the salt marshes, with lots of suer places to eat close by.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Rev D from Hertfordshire on 06/06/2010 04:18:30

  • Our cotage was so clean and spacious. A great place to stay if you can not manage stairs as it is a Bungalow.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs E from on 26/04/2010 04:13:29

  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mr E from on 05/06/2009 04:08:53

  • A well appointed house in a lovely setting. The garden is enclosed and mature and the house has amenities for all weather. A thoroughly enjoyable break and we have booked again for later this year!
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs C from Hemel Hempstead on 30/08/2008

  • I hesitate to recommend this holiday as I want to be able to book it again!

  • Lovely cottage in good location for North Norfolk.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs W from Bedfordshire on 30/12/2009 04:02:05

  • Cottages are beautiful, the place is not crowded, and you enjoy your own privacy. There is easy access to different places.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs H from Margate on 01/11/2008

  • Lovely accommodation - lovely location
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Miss J from Northamptonshire on 23/06/2008

  • The location was in a very peaceful and green part of the village, the property was very well maintained and styled with a very modern, but traditional feel. When we ran out of juice the local shop was a very short walk away, we did take advantage of the weather and got down to Cromer beach, which brilliantly was a straight forward short drive away and we had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend this as a holiday for future visits, as it had everything we asked for and even the lady that kept the key turned up and directed us to the property!
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs E from Lincolnshire on 05/05/2008

  • A fabulous holiday, the accommodation is first class, as was the location.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs D from Dyfed on 15/10/2007

  • A lovely modern property with everything we needed for a great short break.
  • Hoseasons Cottages reviewed by Mrs W from Derbyshire on 16/04/2011 05:09:21

  • This was a well equipped, cosy lodge with a peaceful setting and lovely views, while also being close to local amenities. There was loads to do in the surrounding area and it was a great base for exploring Wales. And the hot tub was fantastic!
