Peaceful and serene this is the perfect base to explore the North Devon countryside and enjoy a slower pace of life.
This collection of bungalows is set within 2 acres of pretty gardens and there is an additional 10 acres of farm land perfect for walking or enjoying the countryside setting. Wi-Fi (in designated areas) a games room children&rsquo - s play area barbecue* and a launderette are available*.
This is an exceptionally beautiful area perfect for lovers of walking riding fishing and cycling. Just 2 miles away are the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth connected by their unique water powered railway and home to Lynmouth Pavillion and the new Exmoor National Park Centre. The sandy beach at Lee Bay Doone Valley the Valley of Rocks superb coastal walks Barnstaple Minehead and Dunster are all within easy reach as are the surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde Bay.

Such a peaceful area and ideal for dog owners as the owners fields at the back means dog walking facilities are on site! Very friendly and laid back owners, and the park facilitates "unwinding" with really lovely views over Exmoor.

The park is ideal if you are looking for a complete break away from it all. The size of the park doesn't allow for it to get crowded, yet has enough space and areas for the kids to play without anyone being disturbed. All in all a most enjoyable place to relax at.

Dean Steep is in a beautiful location with stunning views from all the bungalows. Plenty of good walks roundabout and interesting places to visit.

We arrived to find that the bungalow had outstanding views, it was exceptionally clean and everyone was very helpful. If you love Devon, you will love this place, it was the best I have ever had - we enjoyed our stay so much that we will be visiting again!

We will be returning to this park. The owner was most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the fact that the dogs were as welcome as the humans!

A peaceful and idyllic setting in a beautiful, scenic part of England. There is a beautiful well kept gardens and a friendly welcome which makes you feel instantly at ease.

A great base for walking, hiking or solitude at a reasonable cost. It is safe for young families to play without any worries from traffic, and idyllic views!
