Site Description for Hoseasons Dean Steep - Set in the enviable location of Lynton within the Exmoor National Park this small family run park boasts some of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Devon. Peaceful and serene this is the perfect base to explore the North Devon countryside and enjoy a slower pace of life.
This collection of bungalows is set within 2 acres of pretty gardens and there is an additional 10 acres of farm land perfect for walking or enjoying the countryside setting. Wi-Fi (in designated areas) a games room children&rsquo - s play area barbecue* and a launderette are available*.
This is an exceptionally beautiful area perfect for lovers of walking riding fishing and cycling. Just 2 miles away are the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth connected by their unique water powered railway and home to Lynmouth Pavillion and the new Exmoor National Park Centre. The sandy beach at Lee Bay Doone Valley the Valley of Rocks superb coastal walks Barnstaple Minehead and Dunster are all within easy reach as are the surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde Bay.

Great budget holiday, comfortable and clean, dogs are catered for i.e. large field for necessary visits. Not luxurious but very comfortable and quiet.

A good location for touring North Devon, plus a very warm and friendly welcome upon arrival at a very nice location with lovely views of Exmoor.

If you are after a quiet, relaxing holiday then this is the place to be. There are plenty of things to do, we like walking so it was brilliant that there were plenty of walks from the park to Lynton and Lynmouth, and if you cant face the walk back you can get a bus back!

After a hectic life in the city, this is an ideal place to relax & unwind. The views are amazing, Warren & Sue couldn't have been more helpful.

The location is excellant very helpful owners and if you are a dog owner it is most suitable as large fields back onto property.

I would recommend it because it did what it said on the ticket and provided a very simple, relaxing environment to go on and enjoy a beautiful area of the English countryside.

Would recommend this holiday to a couple looking to get a bit of peace and quiet in a lovely setting. Especially recommend the nearby stables; great value horse riding for all abilities with friendly and patient instruction.
