The emphasis is on kicking back and just going with the flow in these newly refurbished cottages &ndash - each boasts a living room overlooking the tranquil water. A private quay headed marina completes the picture.

Brundall holds a special place in Broads&rsquo - life famous as a boat building centre but also hosting two railway stations excellent amenities and fantastic restaurants and great pubs.
