Villa Accomodation Details:
The Presa de Moura Resort lies between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, - in one of the most beautiful sections of the Algarve. Situated on the edge of Sesmarias village with a backcloth of rolling hills, - this recently constructed luxury resort occupies a pretty wooded valley, - which slopes down gently to the Atlantic ocean. Most of the 40 luxury townhouses and of the 33 luxury villas have a breathtaking distant sea view.
On site you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant and bar located next to the Reception at the entrance of the resort, - open for lunch and dinner. There is also a hairdresser and Beauty Salon. Friendly on-site reception staff who will organize excursions, - rental cars, - babysitting, - discounted golf and tennis, - as well as Internet Access, - DVD Rentals and a book and music library. Close by you have all the amenities of a mini-market, - two of the Algarve' - s best golf courses (approx. 2.5 km) and hours of walking and hiking in unspoilt nature. The beaches and resort of Carvoeiro are just 3km away.
Villa Tropica is a classically designed and very spacious house, - surrounded by a very private and beautifully maintained lawned garden and private swimming pool area (10m x 5m, - depth 1m to 2m, - with roman steps) bordered by spacious sun terraces. Inside, - Tropica is very comfortably furnished, - tastefully decorated, - and well equipped, - offering everything you could wish for in a superior villa holiday. All main rooms are air conditioned and the bathrooms all have under-floor heating.
Two storeys. Entrance hall leading into a spacious living room with Satellite TV, - DVD and CD players, - and patio doors place giving access to the dining terrace, - BBQ and garden. Well equipped open kitchen with hob/oven, - dishwasher, - fridge/freezer, - microwave, - separate laundry area with washing machine. Dining area also leading onto a sun terrace. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs is a master double bedroom and a twin room, - both with ensuite bathrooms, - and both leading onto a big terrace with sea view and sun loungers for a sunset aperitif.
Air conditioning/heating provided at no extra charge. Cleaning provided 3 days per week, - with twice weekly change of towels and weekly change of linen.
