Situated at the heart of the Var region, - nestled amongst pine forests and vineyards, - just 6 min drive from shops and supermarket in the typical Provenç - al wine-growing town of Vidauban. Located west of the Massif des Maures between Le Luc, - 15 min drive and ancient military port and Roman city Fré - jus, - just 30 min drive, - in the Argens valley. Less than 15 minutes drive to popular adventure park with horse riding, - and just 45 min drive to the Mediterranean and St Tropez, - authentic fishing village and glamorous seaside resort for the rich and famous. Discover the fantastic night life, - delightful old quarters and glorious beaches. International airports: Nice 81km/Toulon 79km.
Beautifully decorated Provenç - al villa on one level set within large grounds, - with private pool and pool house. 5000m\u00B2 grounds, - 2500m\u00B2 for the guest' - s use. Take the opportunity to lounge around the pool on the terrace in a sun lounger provided with the property. Pool house and built in BBQ also feature, - with parasol, - table and plenty of chairs. Pool 9m x 4.5m x 1.7-1.9m depth situated at the front of the villa.
Light, - airy living/dining room with French windows leading to the pool. Sofa seating 6 with additional armchair and large dining table with seating for 6. TV/Video. Living/dining room leads to separate fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher. Small utility room to one side with washing machine. Bed 1: double with french window to garden and ensuite shower. Bed 2: double with French window to garden. Bed 3: double with French window. Bathroom with sep bath/shower. 2 sep WCs. Cot on request. Parking on site. Sorry, - no pets. Security deposit of &euro - 400 cash to be paid locally upon arrival. Compulsory &euro - 120 end of stay cleaning charge. Bath/tea towels provided, - bed linen &euro - 50.
