Villa Accomodation Details:
Thriving town of Ste Maxime with an abundance of shops, - bars, - restaurants and shopping facilities (tennis club, - golf club and water sports) just 1.5km or a 15 walk. Wonderful base from which to explore famous Mediterranean beaches like Ste Maxime, - St Tropez (10 min ferry ride across the bay), - or Cavalaire-sur-Mer with numerous sporting facilities on and off the sea. Or just to enjoy the little undiscovered beach just across the road, - or the larger more public beaches which are 5 mins walk away. For cycling enthusiasts there are also many miles of attractive cycle paths along the coast line, - and bike hire available in Ste Maxime town centre. Travel a little further for Le Lavandou and take a refreshing boat trip to the Iles d&rsquo - Hyeres, - about 45 min offshore, - offering a great view of the lovely coastline. International airports: Toulon 55km/Nice 86 km.
Modern Provenç - al villa, - only 50m from the beach, - with separate apartment below ideal for two families. The villa and apartment are set in an attractive enclosed garden with mature trees and shrubs. The apartment has its own shaded terrace with furniture, - and the raised terrace with pool in front of the house has amazing sea views overlooking the bay. After a day out enjoy the views out to sea and marvel at the views to St Tropez as well as the bay full of yachts and boats of all shapes and sizes. Covered terrace with large granite table and built in BBQ for outside dining. Further extensive terrace for sunbathing. Private pool 9m x 5m x Depth 1.2-1.9m with security alarm, - with solar heated pool shower.
Villa: Furnished to a very high standard throughout with large open-plan living/dining area that has comfortable sofas, - TV with English and French Freeview, - DVD/CD, - dining table and chairs. A small conservatory area leads to the terrace with BBQ, - also accessible from the kitchen. The lovely large fully equipped kitchen, - newly fitted with wooden tops, - small table, - dishwasher and washer dryer. WC. Bed 1: king-size, - ensuite bath and shower. Bed 2: king-size, - ensuite shower. Bed 3: double with large balcony overlooking the bay of St Tropez. Bed 4: double with view over looking the bay of St Tropez. Shower room and sep. WC shared by bedrooms 3 & - 4 through connecting doors.
The apartment is made available for larger parties at extra cost - please state accurate party numbers at the time of booking. Open-plan living room with English and French freeview, - with American kitchen to the side, - leading to private veranda with outdoor furniture. Bed 1: double with access onto veranda. Bed 2: two singles. Shower room. Sep WC.
Please note: there may be some noise from the road or the house behind, - occupied during July and August. There are some small drops from the terraces, - please take care with small children.
