10 min walk or short drive to medieval village of Flayosc for basic shops, - bars, - bank, - wide choice of restaurants and tennis. Lovely sandy beaches at St Aygulf or Ste Maxime (short ferry ride to St Tropez) 45 km. Lively Draguignan 7 km for market, - excellent choice of shops, - restaurants, - nightlife, - tennis, - museums. Golf at Le Muy 24 km. Typically Provenç - al town of Lorgues 8 km with numerous street café - s, - riding centre and Tuesday market. Vineyards all around. Water sports at Lac de-St-Cassien 52 km. Spectacular Gorges du Verdon 60 km. International airports: Nice 93 km/Toulon 87 km. TGV train station 10 min drive from the house.
Spacious modern villa with separate studio set in terraced gardens with beautiful view of Flayosc from a secluded and private position. . Large lawned area with palms and olive trees. Pool 10 x 5 x 1.1-1.6m depth with security immersion alarm, - 3 jets and roman steps. Open and covered terraces for relaxing in the sun or eating outside. BBQ. Boules pitch.
House has been tastefully and fully decorated and furnished for owner' - s use and is comfortable for small and large groups. Entrance into study/TV room with DVD, - Satellite TV. Steps up into open-plan kitchen with fitted units, - dishwasher and microwave. Breakfast bar to dining area, - French windows to open terraces. Sitting room with open fire, - music system, - comfortable sofas and chairs, - french windows to covered terrace. Bed 1: double, - french windows to covered terrace, - ensuite shower/WC. Bed 2: double. Bath/WC between 2 bedrooms. Steps from sitting room to 1st floor, - Bed 3: 2 singles, - low windows with bars, - excellent views, - sloping ceiling, - air conditioning. Bed 4: 2 singles. Shower/WC between 2 bedrooms. Access only via French windows from pool area to Bed 5: double, - ensuite bath/WC, - air conditioning. Lower level gardens contain studio: 2 singles in lounge, - enclosed fire, - shower/WC. Laundry room at rear of house with washing machine, - ironing facilities, - wine fridge and document safe. The property also benefits from an alarm system. Wireless Internet access available, - clients must bring own lap-top. Cot, - highchair and babygate on request. Anyday start 7 night minimum stay (excluding 3 July - 27 August weekly lets when Saturday changeover).
