Villa Accomodation Details:
Pretty village of Callian, - 800m, - for shops and restaurants. Sandy beach at Mandelieu 30 km. More shops at Montauroux 7 km and Tourrettes 4 km where artisans sell local products. Tennis 1 km. Riding 5.5 km. Two 18-hole golf courses 10 km. Elegant resort of Cannes 30 km. Gliding and local market in pretty hilltop village of Fayence 8 km. Lac de St-Cassien 10 km for watersports and fishing. International airport: Nice 57 km.
Set into the hillside above Callian lies this secluded, - but not isolated, - south facing villa. Breath taking views over Montauroux and the Esterel are two of the key features of this house. Large stone and wooden terraces surround the private, - solar heated, - infinity swimming pool 9 x 4.5 x 1.4 - 2.4m depth. Covered terrace and large dining table. BBQ. Parking for 3 cars - steep driveway up to the house.
Large open plan lounge/dining area surrounded by windows opening out onto the pool and terraces, - flat screen TV (some English channels), - DVD home cinema system, - wireless Internet access (please bring own laptop). Through to well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Utility room to the left of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sep. WC opposite Bed 1: master double bedroom with stunning views and ensuite multi-jet shower room. Stairs from lounge lead to first floor and Bed 2: double with doors to terrace. Bed 3: single bed with second single sliding out from underneath, - doors to terrace. Bathroom/WC has sunken bath and one way window.
Saturday changeover. Sorry no pets. No smoking property. Unfortunately children under 8 years old are not permitted at this property due to the landscape.
