Villa Accomodation Details:
Nearest shops at Teillet 5 km, - or wider choice of shops and restaurants at Villefranche-d' - ' - Albigeois 15 min drive. Just 25 km from the historic town of Albi, - famous for its Toulouse Lautrec museum, - pavement café - s and little lanes winding to the magnificent cathedral. Ideally placed for exploring the Tarn valley, - this area offers beautiful tranquil countryside and is excellent for horse riding, - walking and cycling. Pretty lake at Rassisse, - 5 min drive, - offers a restaurant, - picnic areas, - swimming, - canoe and pedalo hire. For the wine connoisseur, - the vineyards of Gaillac are approx 30 min drive and wine tasting is highly recommended. Magnificent restored medieval city of Carcassonne is 2 hour drive south. International airports: Toulouse 105 km/Carcassonne 110 km.

This beautiful farmhouse is peacefully set in an elevated position surrounded by lovely gardens and has views to the Pyrenees. Pretty courtyard shared with helpful English-speaking owner, - whose cottage is separate from farmhouse, - and any tenants in another nearby cottage which is also available at extra cost sleeping 2. Private pool 11 x 5 x 1.3m depth with security immersion alarm, - surrounding sun terrace, - and covered terrace with teak garden furniture for shady dining on hot days. BBQ.

Large living/dining room, - beautifully furnished with antique country French furniture, - large refectory table and comfortable sofas, - oak beams, - inglenook fireplace, - CD player, - french windows to covered terrace. Sep WC. Well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine (&euro - 5 per load). Oak staircase to master Bed 1: king-size, - ensuite shower/WC. Second open-tread staircase from sitting room to Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bed 4: double. Bathroom with claw foot bath/shower/WC. Third staircase from covered terrace to Bed 5: 2 singles, - ensuite shower/WC. All bedrooms beautifully furnished with antique oak and pine pieces, - prettily coordinated bedding and curtains. For parties over 10 there is a seperate cottage available on request sleeping 2 comprising living area and kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. One double bedroom (can be 2 singles) with ensuite shower/WC. Terrace and BBQ with teak garden furniture. Cot, - highchair and babygate, - all on request. Security deposit of £ - 400 cash payable locally. Central heating &euro - 140 per week.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
