Villa Accomodation Details:
Nearest shops and restaurants in the villages of Lisle-sur-Tarn and Rabastens, - both 10 min drive. Lisle-sur-Tarn also has facilities for various holiday activities such as tennis or riding. Tennis also in Rabastens. The medieval town of Gaillac has more shops, - restaurants, - wine museum, - old abbey and castle, - 20 km. For more extensive shopping, - sightseeing, - golf, - cultural activities and a wider range of nightlife, - the city of Albi with its famous fortified cathedral is only 30 km away. A 45 min drive through the beautiful rolling countryside of the Aveyron takes you to St Antonin which has good canoeing and a cinema showing films in English once a week. International airport: Toulouse 60 km.
Set in a quiet and peaceful position. The terrace and garden area have panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Large swimming pool 12 x 6 x 1.5-2.5m depth, - with security immersion alarm is next to a sunny terrace area. Pool house with a bar, - kitchen sink, - drinks chiller, - seating and sep shower/WC. BBQ.
Entrance hall and large sitting room with 3 sofas and french doors to front garden with lovely views. Kitchen with dining area, - TV/video/DVD (some videos provided), - wood-burner, - dishwasher. Adjacent utility space has microwave, - second fridge, - washing machine and freezer. All the bedrooms on the same ground floor have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: 2 singles. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bathroom has corner bath/WC. Sep WC. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), - 7 night min stay.
