Villa Accomodation Details:
2nd floor: living / dining room with double sofa bed, - kitchen, - 2 double bedrooms, - 2 shower rooms. Opens onto private covered terrace with view of San Gimignano. Air-conditioning in bedrooms.
Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Pool open from 25th April to 30th October. Breakage deposit of &euro - 150 to be lodged with Reception on arrival and refunded on departure. Air-conditioning included. Saturday changeover for stays of 1 week or more between 26th June and 27th August and any arrival day outside these dates.
Linen: Included with towels.
