Villa Accomodation Details:
Local shops and restaurants 5 min walk. The lively town of Prades a 10 min walk with its many bakeries, - patisseries, - chocolate shops, - restaurants, - bars and local market held on Tuesdays. Tennis and bike hire 5 min drive. Canyoning, - kayaking and white water rafting at Marquizanes and swimming lake at Vinca, - both 10 min drive. For nature-lovers, - the narrow-gauge Little Yellow Train winds its way from the valley to the mountain and is a marvellous way to see the spectacular scenery around Prades. It starts at Villefranche-de-Conflent, - 5 km, - where you can also visit the Grottes des Grandes Canalettes. Riding at Vernet-les-Bains 10 km. Mediterranean beaches Collioure and Argelè - s-sur-mer within 60 min drive. Skiing at Les Angles, - 46 km, - and Font Romeu 43 km or even the Spanish Pyré - né - es. Barcelona 2.5 hours away. International airport: Perpignan 50 km. Girona 115 km, - Carcassonne 130 km.
This spacious modern house is ideally situated between the mountains and the Mediterranean coast and is an excellent choice for winter breaks as well as perfect for spring and summer holidays. Large private garden with grass, - trees, - cactus, - flowers. Pool 12 x 6 x 1.1-2.2m depth with security immersion alarm. The diving board pictured is not for clients use. Room for children to play, - pretty covered terrace in front of the pool and open terrace with pergola next to the kitchen. Swing, - BBQ and hammock. There is a high wall on the side of the house, - which drops to the garage driveway and room to park several cars in the grounds.

Both rooms have views over the garden and pool. Sep WC. Bed 4: double, - with views of Mount Canigou. Entry-phone for the main gate. Bed 5: double. Bathroom with separate shower.
