Villa Accomodation Details:
This pleasant semi-detached villa is situated in the popular Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, - ands is ideally situated within walking distance of both the old town and harbour and the main avenida with its golden sandy beach, - bars and restaurants. Set in its own spacious sunbathing terrace together with BBQ and a private swimming pool and separate paddling children for children, - the house is bright, - modern and spacious.
Two storeys. Lounge/dining room with basic Satellite TV and DVD player, - patio doors leading to the pool area - well equipped kitchen with microwave, - hob, - fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs lead down to 2 twin bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are further steps from the lounge up to the master double bedroom and its en suite bathroom. There is also a large terrace leading from the upstairs bedroom with good open views over the resort towards the sea.
Swimming pool area has a safety fence with lockable gate to stop children entering the pool unsupervised, - It is also collapsable should guests not want to use it.
Twice weekly cleaning, - weekly linen/towel change. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
