Villa Accomodation Details:
In the countryside between Pollensa town and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa (5 km to either), - this pretty villa is surrounded by fields and is set in large lawned grounds with superb views of Puig Maria and the Tramuntana mountains. There is a welcome shaded and beamed veranda around 2 sides of the house, - as well as a flower-filled garden, - stone BBQ, - swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, - depth 1.2m to 1.9m, - with steps and slightly raised edges at the sides) and plenty of space for sunbathing. Comfortable and pleasantly furnished with handy mosquito screens on all windows, - Catalina Petit is ideal for couples or families with children. Car hire essential
Single storey. Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, - DVD player and wood burning stove, - fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, - fridge/freezer, - microwave and full cooker (washing machine outside in utility room), - 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, - full bathroom. Free safe. Fans are provided.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, - linen once. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
