Villa Accomodation Details:
Las Arecas Lux is a development of 4 bedroom villas in a quiet residential area, - each with their own private heated swimming pool (7m x 3m, - depth 1.4m to 1.6m, - with roman steps), - separate children' - ' - s paddling pool, - partly lawned garden and sun terraces. Recently built, - each villa has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards, - offering high quality interiors and pleasant grounds. Las Arecas Lux is also just 1 km from the main beach and 1.2 km from the attractive resort centre of Playa Blanca, - where there is a variety of shops, - bars and restaurants. Car hire is recommended, - although the villas are suitable for those who don&rsquo - t want to use a car all the time.

Playa Blanca has a very relaxed atmosphere and is less busy than Puerto del Carmen, - but is very convenient for visiting Timanfaya National Park, - the stunning Papagayo beach or even taking the short ferry trip to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The superb new marina of Puerto Rubicon is about 20 minutes' - walk away and offers a large selection of cafes, - bars and restaurants - it is actually livelier than the old (and nearer) resort centre, - should you want this!

Lower prices are available should you only require 2 or 3 bedrooms (peak season excluded).

Two storeys. Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, - DVD and CD players, - fully fitted kitchen with hob/oven, - fridge freezer, - microwave, - washing machine and dishwasher, - double bedroom with en suite bathroom and jacuzzi, - 1 twin bedroom and further bathroom with hairdryer and shower/WC. Downstairs (reached via an enclosed external staircase from the front door, - with a lockable gate) is a 2nd lounge/play area with TV and DVD, - plus 2 twin bedrooms and a further shower/WC. Safe. Shaded dining terrace with BBQ. Lounge and 2 ground floor bedrooms are air conditioned at no extra charge.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Pool hearting included Nov - Apr. Min stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
