Villa Accomodation Details:
Beautifully presented stone cottage in the quiet hamlet of Lingreville and just a short walk to the sea. Shops 2km. The village is on the western coast of the Cotentin Peninsula, - 18 km north of the pretty resort of Granville which is built on a rocky spur. The Upper town boasts a rich architectural heritage with many fine buildings including old picturesque houses and mansions dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. Visit the house of Christian Dior, - the Aquarium at Pointe du Roc and the popular casino. Water sports activities are also possible from Granville along with ferries to Jersey and the Channel Islands, - an ideal day trip. The famous Mont St Michel is also well worth a day trip, - 60km. Cherbourg ferry port 89 km.
Stone character cottage set in enclosed grounds on a quiet street with outside dining table and chairs. BBQ. Parking onsite.
Living room has comfortable seating for six people with TV (French channels only) and fireplace. Dining room with table and chairs, - CD Player. Well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. Sep WC. Cellar houses freezer and washing machine. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bed1: double. Bed 2: single with Velux window (accessed via another bedroom. ). Bed 3: single. Bed 4: cot. Bed 5: double. All bedroom windows have a countryside view. Shower room. No linen available, - please bring your own.
Extras payable locally: Security deposit &euro - 300, - Heating (in Winter) &euro - 50 per week, - Dogs allowed on request. Saturday changeover.
