Villa Accomodation Details:
Villa Jazmines is ideally located in a residential area in the heart of Nerja, - close to the Parador and Casa Victoria (SSN037). A charming, - tastefully furnished single storey villa, - it is just a 15 min walk from the sandy Burriana Beach and 5-7 min from the resort centre. Its location make it ideal for guests who may prefer not to drive whilst on holiday or only rarely if choosing to explore further afield.
One storey. A few steps up to front door. Patio doors lead in from covered outside eating area with BBQ into a spacious and tastefully furnished lounge/diner with satellite TV, - DVD and CD players. The open-plan fully fitted kitchen leads off from the dining area and has hob/oven, - microwave, - fridge/freezer, - and washing machine. There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom. All bedrooms have fans. The unusual triangular shaped private pool is set amid spacious sun terraces and is protected by high walls from its neighbours. Free safe.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Sunday changeover.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
