Villa Accomodation Details:
These very stylish, - modern luxury apartments are just 2-3 min walk from Nerja&rsquo - s famous Burriana beach, - with its variety of bars, - restaurants and shops. Recently built in Moroccan style, - they are ideal for couples or families looking for high quality accommodation within easy reach of all amenities, - whilst Nerja&rsquo - s main centre is just 10-15 walk away. Each of the 17 apartments is individually owned so furnishings and dé - cor may vary, - but all are of a high standard and have the benefit of air conditioning and heating. There is a small communal swimming pool (7m x 4m, - depth 1.2m to 1.8m) and sun terraces for guests&rsquo - use, - although most people naturally prefer the beach nearby.
Car hire is not essential at this property. We can provide transfers from/to airport at additional cost, - if required.
Air conditioned lounge/dining room with satellite TV, - CD and DVD players. Separate kitchen with hob/oven, - fridge/freezer, - microwave, - washing machine and dishwasher. One twin and one double bedroom, - full bathroom and further shower/WC. Large furnished balcony/terrace with sunbeds, - plus a private garage. Air conditioning/heating included at no extra charge. Weekly cleaning and linen change.
Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
