Villa Accomodation Details:
Part of a residential development of quality, - terraced townhouses set on a hillside, - Aljamar is perfect for couples or families. Just 10 min walk uphill (or 5 min downhill!) from the popular Burriana Beach with its good selection of shops, - restaurants and bars, - the houses are also only 25 min walk from the old centre of Nerja town (the nearest bus stop is approx 300m away).
The townhouses have been recently built to high standards and offer spacious, - well furnished accommodation with good amenities.
Three storeys. The house&rsquo - s main entrance is on the top floor. Lounge/dining area with ceiling fan, - satellite TV and CD player, - plus a furnished balcony with views towards the mountains. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, - fridge/freezer, - microwave and dishwasher. A cloakroom is also located on this floor. Two twin and one double bedrooms, - and a full bathroom are located on the floor below. Two bedrooms lead onto the private plunge pool (3m x 3m depth 1.4m - 1.5m) and sun terrace with 2 sunbeds and portable BBQ. Below this floor is a further bathroom and private garage with washing machine, - from where access to the house can also be gained. Safe hire available, - payable locally if required (20 Euros).
Weekly cleaning and linen/towel change. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
We can arrange transfers between Malaga airport and these houses.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
