Villa Accomodation Details:
Small local shops in village of Mohon 5 min drive, - with tennis courts. More shops and restaurants in the fortified town of Josselin, - 10 min drive, - where you can visit the charming châ - teau, - or hire a boat to meander down the canal. Ploermel, - 15 min drive, - has a Friday morning market and a large lake with swimming beach, - boating, - fishing, - water skiing, - windsurfing and golf. International airport: Dinard 95 km.
This charming farmhouse is perfect for a relaxing family holiday, - and provides lots of options for larger parties to relax together with plenty of space. Set down a quiet country lane with views over tranquil fields. Large enclosed lawned garden with plenty of outdoor seating areas, - BBQ. Steps to gated decked area around above-ground pool approx 7 x 4 x 1m depth, - and large hot tub. Friendly owners live in adjacent independent apartment, - they do not use the garden and pool, - and can make available 5 mountain bikes, - 3 sets of golf clubs and a selection of fishing rods.
Large kitchen with fitted units, - marble worktops, - table and chairs for 8-10, - plenty of space. Comfortable sitting room with leather sofas and armchair, - wood-burner, - satellite TV (sky), - french doors to garden. Very large living room with bar, - 2 large dining tables, - pool table, - wood-burner, - music system, - door to garden. Ground floor WC. Stairs from sitting room area to very large Beds 1 and 2. Bed 1: double and 2 singles, - ensuite bath/WC. Bed 2: double and 2 singles, - ensuite shower/WC. Second stairs (steep) from bar area to Beds 3 and 4. Bed 3: double and 1 single, - ensuite shower/WC. Bed 4: 1 double and 1 single, - ensuite shower/WC. Ground floor, - access off bar area, - to Beds 5 and 6. Bed 5: double, - ensuite shower/WC. Bed 6: 1 double (can be 2 singles) and 1 single, - ensuite shower/WC. Independent access to games room, - large play area with table tennis and space to play.
3 travel cots, - 2 highchairs, - 2 booster chairs and 2 babygates, - all on request. For parties of 9 or less, - Beds 5 and 6 will not be available. Minimum 2 night stay, - Saturday changeover applies 17 Jul - 27 Aug.
