Villa Accomodation Details:
This pleasant, - spacious villa is handily situated in a quiet residential area just 2 km from the beaches, - shops and restaurants of the pretty resort of Moraira. There are splendid views over the countryside towards the sea from the balcony, - whilst the spacious terraces around the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, - depth 1.2m to 2.2m, - with roman steps) are bordered by lemon trees and offer sun and shade, - as well as a BBQ and outdoor eating area. For those who want to explore further afield, - the nearby larger resorts of Javea and Calpe are both just 15 min drive away, - whilst the bright lights of Benidorm are just 30 min drive.
Two storeys. All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, - with steps leading down to the pool area. A sloping driveway leads to the front door and then into a dining room, - and lounge with satellite TV, - DVD and CD players, - plus doors leading onto the balcony. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge/freezer, - microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room). Twin bedroom with en suite shower/WC, - plus further twin and double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
