Villa Accomodation Details:
Villa La Luna enjoys a slightly elevated position with partial views of the coast and the Penon d&rsquo - Ifach from some of its terraces. It is just 1 km from a small cove, - 3 km from the main beach and centre of Moraira, - and just 2 min walk from a restaurant and 5 min from a supermarket. There are spacious terraces offering both sun and shade around the swimming pool (8m x 4m, - depth 1.2m to 1.9m), - with an impressive covered BBQ area. Inside, - the villa is bright and spacious, - with comfortable furnishings in a pretty mixture of modern and rustic styles.
The larger resort of Calpe is just 10 min drive away, - whilst the many attractions of Benidorm (including Terra Mittica theme park) is approx 20-25 min drive. A few steps lead from the parking area to a large shaded veranda and the pool area.
One storey. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, - DVD and CD players and ceiling fan, - modern fitted kitchen with full cooker, - fridge, - breakfast bar, - microwave, - dishwasher and washing machine. There is one twin and one double bedroom plus a bathroom with shower/WC.
Weekly cleaning and linen change. Minimum stay 7 nights, - arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, - and can be ordered when booking.
