Vibraye for all shops and restaurants 5 min drive, - with further selection at La Ferté - -Bernard 16 km. Swimming lake with sandy beach, - watersports and children' - ' - s attractions including mountain bike circuit at Lavaré - 15 min drive. Tennis, - riding and bike hire at Vibraye as well as walks in the local forest.18-hole golf course at Bellê - me 40 km. Many Loire châ - teaux 1-2 hr drive - Amboise, - Blois, - Cheverny and Chambord. Touraine vineyards within easy reach for tasting and buying good wines at very low prices. Le Mans 50 km has Gothic cathedral and famous 24-hour race circuit. Chartres 1 hour drive, - Paris 2 hours by train or car. International airport: Tours 84 km.
This restored old Sarthois farmhouse is set in 2 acres of private informal gardens of grass and trees. Beautiful covered terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the shade near the pool. The pool, - with paved sun terrace, - measures 10 x 5 x 1.2-2.4m depth, - with security immersion alarm. Table tennis. TGV train line approx 1 km (which can be heard at times). This property is ideal for a relaxed large-family holiday. Neighbouring property (FL133) does not overlook.
