Villa Accomodation Details:
Local shops, - riding and ornate gardens, - Allonnes 3 min drive. Beautiful town of Saumur 10 km, - with fairy-tale châ - teau overlooking the Loire, - has dozens of shops and restaurants for every taste, - bike hire, - boating and nightlife. Equestrian capital of France with the famous Cadre Noir Cavalry regiment and the Hippodrome for 3 day eventing. Famous Loire châ - teaux between 10 min &ndash - 2 hour drive. Zoo at Doué - -la-Fontaine and many museums within 30 km. Taste local wines at Champigny, - Bourgeuil or Chinon. Regional centre of Angers 40 min. International airport and TGV: Angers 40 km/Tours 60 km.
Delightful and unusual C18th stone farmhouse in three parts, - one detached, - converted to offer spacious accommodation on a quiet lane at the edge of small hamlet. Large secluded and enclosed garden with trees for shade on those hot days, - lawns, - covered swing seat and small pond with low fence surround. Access via gate with padlock to heated pool 10 x 5 x 1-2m depth with security perimeter alarm, - paved surround and lovely pergola. Wooden barn used for storage, - no access to clients. Two terraces for outdoor dining. BBQ.
House tastefully furnished throughout. Attractive living room with original terracotta tiles, - rugs, - open fire, - beamed ceilings, - stonewalls, - comfortable large sofas and TV/video/DVD. Dining area with oak refectory table and 8 chairs. Large farmhouse kitchen with door to garden, - fitted units, - wood-burner, - table and 4 chairs, - dishwasher, - hob and oven with grill. Large bath/WC. Utility room with washing machine, - microwave and freezer. Adjoining building with hallway and staircase to first floor, - Bed 1: king-size. Bed 2: double and a single. Detached cottage a few metres away with entrance lobby leading to Bed 3: 2 singles. Bed 4: double. Shower/WC. Té - lé - sé - jour phone. Cot and highchair available on request. Anyday arrival day 7 night min stay, - except for July and August when a Saturday arrival day applies.
