Villa Location Description: Moliets has the best of both worlds, - a magnificent wild coast and acres of luscious pine forest. Easily accessible, - the resort is situated 30 minutes from Dax and 1 hour from Biarritz and the breathtaking scenery of the Pyrenees. The contrast between ocean and forest offers unforgettable scenery for visitors to the Landes region - on discovering Moliets you will feel as if you have stumbled across a small piece of paradise. Take advantage of the villas with their private pool, - some with views of the golf course. Moliets Plage is the main area of Moliets, - with a small commercial area, - and ideally situated near the coast, - it is a perfect holiday retreat. The local architecture is modern, - but built to a traditional Landais style, - and it is beautifully landscaped using the original pine forests as much as possible along with planted palms and other trees & - shrubs to add to its looks. The village itself, - situated just 2km inland, - is very charming, - with its old lodgings typical from the Landes region, - some of them dating from the time of the English occupation. Nestling between ocean and forest, - perfectly situated on the prestigious Moliets golf course and within walking distance from Europes longest stretch of sandy beach (over 100 km long).1 km from Moliets for restaurants, - shops, - open-air market, - tennis, - bike hire, - cycle paths, - horse-riding, - archery and surfing. Chic Biarritz the surfers paradise is only 70 km, - the Spanish border and the Pyré - né - es 100 km and the Bordeaux vineyards 150 km. TGV at Dax 35 km. International airports: Biarritz 60 km and Bordeaux 150 km.
Selection of villas offering exceptional quality accommodation in an idyllic peaceful, - location, - beautifully laid out amongst the cool pine trees. All villas are between 500m-1km from the golf course and between 800m1km to the beach. Whether local Landaise style or Californian style, - each exclusive detached property has its own sole use swimming pool (7 x 4m or 10 x 5m for the larger villas each with security immersion alarm) and terrace.
