Baker' - ' - s van visits village 3 times a week, - boulangerie in Gabian 7 km, - more shops in Roujan 10 min drive, - whilst the lovely market town of Pé - zenas 20 min drive has many restaurants and café - s, - supermarkets and colourful Saturday market. Excellent swimming lake and walking at Vailhan 15 min, - or Lac du Salagou with watersports 40 min drive. Lovely sandy beaches and windsurfing at Vias 40 min drive or at Cap D' - ' - Agde 40 min drive. Riding, - bike hire in Pezenas and public pool in Laurens 15 km. Golf in Herepian 12 km. Wonderful area for wine tasting and ' - ' - wine trails' - ' - . Great walking and hiking in the beautiful Languedoc Regional Park - in particular, - don' - ' - t miss the spectacular Gorges d' - ' - Hé - ric 25 min drive. International airport: Montpellier 88 km.

Beautifully located in a secluded hilltop hamlet deep in the Languedoc vineyards, - this immaculately restored farmhouse is equipped to the highest standards. Secluded private gardens with trees and flowering shrubs and al fresco dining terrace. Superb L-shaped pool 10 x 5 x 1.6m depth with security immersion alarm, - wooden deck surround and magnificent views down the valley. Summer kitchenette with fridge and sink adjoining pool area.
