Villa Accomodation Details:
Located near the very beautiful La Grande Motte which is renowned for its architecture and sandy beaches. This superb villa is situated within walking distance of local amenities including shops, - tennis, - golf and miles of sandy beaches offering windsurfing and sailing. The medieval city of Aigues Mortes is 11 km. A large selection of shops, - cultural events and colourful markets in the city of Montpellier 22 km. Finish the day with a seafood meal at one of the many restaurants overlooking the working port of Le Grau du Roi 19 km. In short a great location for both young and old. Golf 1 km. International airport: Montpellier 14 km.

This comfortable semi-detached villa is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by pine trees. Private pool 8 x 4 x 0.8-2m depth with immersion alarm and two terraces one with view to the pine forest, - the other next to the pool. Enclosed garden with pleasant grassed areas, - fruit trees and flowers.

The house has been beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with good quality furnishings. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, - microwave and washing machine. Very spacious light and airy sitting/dining area with open fire, - TV, - tables and chairs. Shower room. Sep WC. Stairs from sitting area to first floor 1: double. Bed 2: double. Bed 3: 2 singles. Bathroom. Sep WC. Cot and highchair on request.
