Villa Accomodation Details:
Just outside the secluded village of Campagnan in the Hé - rault valley. Small epicerie/boulangerie in the village. Basic shops, - café - s and restaurants at St Pargoire or Paulhan both 5 min drive. Larger choice of shops and supermarkets Clermont l' - ' - Hé - rault 13 km or the delightful medieval town of Pé - zenas 15 km. All have lively markets with local produce. Beaches within 40 min drive at Marseillan and Cap d' - ' - Agde. Good seafood restaurants along the quay at Ste, - also Mé - ze, - Bouzigues and Balaruc. Tennis at Paulhan. Lac du Salagou for windsurfing 20 min drive. Canoeing in the Gorges de l' - ' - Hrault, - the mountainous region of Haut Languedoc, - approx 1 hour drive. Look out for wine tasting opportunities in this increasingly sought after wine-producing area and the many places of historical interest. International airport and TGV: Montpellier 52 km.
Beautiful south facing newly-built bastide in traditional style offering privacy and tranquil surroundings on edge of village, - with curved entrance drive between mature pine trees leading to large expanses of gravelled, - lawned and tiled areas.10 x 4 x 1.2-2.7m depth pool with security immersion alarm and poolside shower. Large covered terrace with table, - chairs and summer kitchen with double sink, - fridge and built-in BBQ for easy outdoor living. Store with 2nd washing machine.
Large light airy L-shaped sitting/dining room comfortably furnished with sofas, - satellite TV/DVD, - CD player stone fireplace, - large table which extends to seat 10, - french windows opening to terraces and pool. Spacious, - well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, - washing machine, - microwave, - marble-topped table to seat 6. Sep WC. Shower room. Bed 1: double. Tiled stairs with attractive wrought iron banisters to 1st floor. Beds 2, - 3 and 4 have large windows with wrought iron railings. Bed 2: king size with view over pool, - Bed 3: king size with antique furniture and cot. Bed 4: 2 singles, - antique furniture. Bed 5: bunk beds (suitable for children only) plus single bed with pull-out single. Shower room. Large bathroom with bath and sep shower room. Sep WC.2 cots (one moveable, - one fixed) and highchair on request. Any day start (Saturday arrival in June, - July, - August and early September), - 7 night min stay
