In delightful village of St Siffret with restaurant, - small supermarket and bar within easy walk and the picturesque medieval town of Uzè - s 4 km which has wide variety of shops, - café - s, - restaurants, - colourful Saturday market, - bike hire, - tennis and golf. Renowned ceramics village of St Quentin-la-Poterie 6 km. Roman aquaduct at Pont du Gard 20 km, - with swimming and canoeing in the river at Collias 12 km. International airports: Nî - mes 56 km/Montpellier 91 km.
Set in a large fenced garden, - this lovely house is full of charm and elegance and has been completely rebuilt to good standard in traditional style whilst keeping the atmosphere of an old dwelling. Door in rear wall of house opens onto one of the narrow old village streets but the main rooms and views look south and west to terrace with attractive stone steps leading to garden and rough grass. Plenty of parking space. Walled area with fully security fenced pool 10 x 5 x 1.5m depth with roman steps. Attractive stone pool-house with WC. BBQ. The old houses of the village can be seen behind the street wall on higher ground.
