5 min walk to Kerleven' - ' - s lovely sandy beach at the head of the bay of Concarneau. Crê - perie, - grocery shop and golf 300m. La Forê - t-Fouesnant, - 2 km, - for supermarket, - shops, - restaurants with excellent choice of seafood. Fouesnant 7 km has riding, - bike hire, - swimming pool & - solarium. Boat trips to the picturesque Glé - nan islands from the historic fortified town of Concarneau, - still a bustling fishing port, - 10 min drive, - or up the beautiful Odet river from Bé - nodet 13 km. You will be spoilt for choice between sandy beaches, - rocky headlands and rock pools in this lovely area of South Brittany. International airport Brest: 87 km.
Situated in a quiet residential quarter on the hillside overlooking an inlet of the little port of La Forê - t-Fouesnant, - with other well spaced-out properties and a discreet mobile home site adjacent to the property. Clients can use the swimming pool at the owner' - ' - s campsite just 5 min walk, - for which there will be no charge. This attractive and recently refurbished modern family house is set in a large hedged garden with wide expanses of lawn, - fruit trees and shrubs. Sunny south-facing terrace with views of the inlet.
