Villa Accomodation Details:
A quick 3 min drive will take you to the village of Gouesnach, - with local shops, - restaurants, - riding and tennis. Exceptional beaches within easy reach, - including Bé - nodet 10 min drive, - with sailing, - beach clubs, - windsurfing and boat trips. Old cathedral town of Quimper only 25 min drive, - with lots of opportunities for shopping, - street café - s, - good restaurants and summer music festivals. Golf in Clohars-Fouesnant 10 min drive. Visit the famous walled town of Concarneau, - 22 km, - with excellent fish restaurants and excursions to the nearby Glé - nan islands. International airport Brest: 85 km.
Spacious, - modern single-storey house set in particularly beautiful gardens abounding with flowers and shrubs at different times of the year, - with lovely views in front over a wooded valley, - while having the advantages of being in a residential area close to the village. Terrace with garden furniture, - swings in the garden below. Friendly owners keep a good vegetable patch close by and like to share their produce. Garage (not for client use). BBQ.
