Villa Accomodation Details:
Sea and beaches are just 100m walk and closest restaurant is 500m. Concarneau itself is 4km drive which is one of France&rsquo - s largest fishing ports, - and a popular resort with all services, - restaurants and amenities. The view of the medieval walled town is one of the most photographed in Brittany and the tourist crowds flock every summer. Despite souvenir shops and bars, - the town still gives a feeling of entering a time warp. Concarneau has been a haven for artists led by the American Robert Wylie in the 1860s, - spilling over into nearby Pont Aven where Gauguin set up his studio. A walk around the bay and ramparts is the best way to see the town. There are boat trips out to the Iles des Glé - nan, - a small archipelago, - home to a famous sailing school and seabird sanctuaries. International airport: Brest: 92 km
Modern house in a great location with private pool 11 x 5 x 1.3-1.6m depth with security cover. Delightful garden with terrace surrounding the pool area. The terrace is well equipped with sun loungers and outside dining furniture. BBQ.
Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Large living/dining room separated from the kitchen by glass doors, - with chairs and table for comfortable family living. Bed 1: double with views over the garden and pool. Bathroom/WC. Utility room with washing machine and dryer and an extra shower. Stairs to first floor. Large mezzanine area with sofa and TV. This area also has access via a bay window to a raised walkway overlooking the pool and terrace area and is ideal for sunbathing. Bed 2: double. Bed 3: double. WC. With separate access is the pool house with a further double bedroom and bathroom/WC. Pets allowed. Saturday changeover.
