A pretty Breton seaside resort, - Carantec sits on a small peninsula in the picturesque Bay of Morlaix. In front of the house is a sandy beach, - and there is a 5 min walk to the harbour and a restaurant with seas views or a 5 min drive to the main village with food shops, - café - s and restaurants and a busy market on Thurdays. Take a trip over to the Ile de Batz, - follow one of the many coastal paths, - or explore the rambling countryside with its small chapels and occasional chateaux. Water sports, - tennis and parkland golf course in Carantec, - and riding at the pretty town of St-Pol-De-Lé - on 15 min. Old town of Morlaix 20 min drive for wide range of shops and restaurants.15 km to the fascinating medieval port of Roscoff. International airport: Brest 54 km.
Stylish house with modern dé - cor sitting on the beach. Small lawn between house and sea wall ideal for picnicking before returning to the sand for beach games, - sunbathing or splashing in the sea. BBQ. Cellar with shower, - accessible from the beach or the inside hall.
Well-appointed living/dining area spans the width of the ground floor, - with two sofas, - armchairs, - dining table and chairs, - and fireplace. Radio and CDs can be piped to all the living areas. French windows open onto a large timber balcony overlooking the beach. Fitted kitchen separated from the dining area by a high breakfast bar, - with microwave and dishwasher, - leading to utility area with washing machine and dryer. Sep WC.
