Villa Accomodation Details:
Local bakers and restaurant within 1 min drive in Rouffignac de Sigoules. More shops 3km in Sigoules. Plenty to do in the area for outdoor enthusiasts including tennis, - golf at the Châ - teau Vigiers in Monestir 10 km, - and an Aqua Park and lake with beach and boating in Pomport 5 mi drive. Wine tasting at the vineyard next door and many other well known vineyards of Montbazillac and Bergerac, - 10 min drive. Nothing can be nicer than a good Montbazillac and fois gras on a hot summer&rsquo - s day, - quite an experience! A very central location to explore the Dordogne and Lot area with its great choice of châ - teaux and Bastide towns. Colourful local markets within 20 min in Issegac and Eymet and picturesque villages such as La Roque Gageac and Beynac which are within 90 min drive. International airport: Bergerac airport 10 km.
A very well presented property, - ideally situated on a main road south of Bergerac nestling amongst the beautiful vineyards of Montbazillac. Single storey property with beautifully tended garden. Unique shady pergola for evening drinks and gravelled terrace overlooking the vineyards beyond and the private, - fenced salt water pool 8 x 4 x 1.25-1.50m depth. The garden is fully fenced making it safe for young children. BBQ.
