Villa Accomodation Details:
Just 600m from the centre of Porto Petro (with an excellent selection of restaurants), - 4 km from Cala d&rsquo - Or and 3 km from the stunning, - unspoiled beaches of Cala Mondrago, - this bright modern and spacious villa is an excellent choice for a comfortable holiday home in a very convenient location. Built on several levels, - Villa Fernando is well equipped and has air conditioning/heating at no extra charge in the bedrooms.
The sun terraces, - shaded dining area with BBQ and swimming pool (8m x 4m, - depth 1.2m to 1.9m, - with ladder) are reached from the lounge or kitchen, - and steps lead down from the pool area to a large lawned garden overlooking woodlands. SMC012 Casa Andres is just 200m away, - for two families wanting villas close to each other.
Three storeys. Split level lounge/dining room with satellite TV, - CD and DVD players and patio doors leading to pool area, - kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Shower/WC on this ground floor. Upstairs are a twin bedroom with balcony, - a single bedroom (an extra bed can be provided for a child), - and a full bathroom. On the top floor is a double bedroom with a large balcony. There is a safe.
Weekly cleaning and linen change.
Car hire is recommended, - but alternatively we can pre-book private airport transfers from/to your villa for you - please ensure you give us your flight details. The price of the transfers depends on the number of people in your party and the size of vehicle required. Full instructions will be provided with your final documents.
