Villa Accomodation Details:
A 15 min walk into fashionable St Ré - my de Provence and a short drive to the stunning Romain ruins at Glanum. Half an hour to the walled city of Avignon with its majestic Papal Palace. One hour to the beaches at Ste Maries de la Mer and the Camargue wildlife park. St Ré - my is one of the region&rsquo - s most picturesque towns, - with its pavement café - s, - art galleries, - Provenç - al market every Wednesday, - and many restaurants. A short drive takes you into the Alpilles hills and the mediaeval hilltop village of Les Baux. International airports: Nimes 40km, - Marseille 75km.

This south facing modern villa is located on a residential hillside just 2km from the centre of St Ré - my. It is set in a quiet lane and has lovely views of the Alpilles hills from the upper terrace. It has large, - flat, - mostly enclosed grounds, - ideal for children to run around in , - and a small boules pitch. The villa itself is a functional and unpretentious holiday home , - yet fully equipped with a nice, - easy layout with tiled floors throughout. It is spacious and light, - with modern furnishings and glass patio doors in the main ground floor rooms giving onto the very nice paved terrace and pool area. Clients with small children need to be aware that the upstairs bedrooms have glass doors leading onto the upper terrace, - which has a lowish balustrade and unguarded steps leading down to the back of the house. Private pool with removable security fence (not shown) 8 x 4 x 1.60m depth with sunloungers. Table tennis.

Spacious Living /dining room with 2 sofas, - rectangular dining table, - TV (French channels) and DVD player. Glass patio doors to terrace. Archway to fitted kitchen, - equipped with full oven, - microwave, - dishwasher, - fridge freezer, - breakfast table. Door to outside covered eating area. Laundry room with washing machine and second fridge. Bed 1: spacious bedroom with double bed (140cm) and patio doors to front terrace. Bathroom with corner bath, - shower cubicle. Separate WC. First floor: Beds 2 and 3 : twins (2 x 80cm) with patio doors to balcony - Bed 4, - small room with 80cm single bed - Shower room with WC. Travel cot. Second cot and highchair on request . End of stay cleaning charge of 75 euros payable locally.
