This is an ideal location for a couple who are looking for a quiet peaceful break. The cottage is lovely and well equipped and the owner is very helpful without being intrusive. An ideal location for touring Suffolk and its many attractions.

I would recommend this holiday as a good base for visiting Southwold, Minsmere Nature Reserve and Dunwich Heath all within a few minutes drive. Lovely place to return to at the end of the day and sit in the garden and watch the rabbits.

This was a wonderful holiday property, very clean and comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful break with wildlife thrown in. The pictures do not do it justice.

What a beautiful, comfortable place, set in peaceful surroundings with a huge garden that we were encouraged to explore, and a warm, friendly welcome too. We had everthing we needed in the lodge, including plenty of hot water and easily controlled heating. We had a couple of cooler nights, but were very snug so would recommend Linda's Lodge for a break at anytime of the year! We visited the usual popular places including Southwold, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh. Buy fish and chips in Aldeburgh's famous fish and chip shop and enjoy them sitting by the sea!! See the amazing "House in the Clouds" in Thorpeness, and visit the nearby windmill. We also visited Orford, a beautifully unspoilt village and enjoyed a coffee at the Quay Side tearoom. There are so many walks to do in the glorious Suffolk countryside too - do your homework before you go via the internet or call in to the visitor information centres. Our favourite walk is through Southwold, to Walberswick via the small ferry.

A great modern holiday cottage for two in a nice location. Set a way back from the road with plenty of parking on the gravel drive, nice garden and attractive private entrance screened by climbing plants. Everything you need is in the cottage - thanks very much!
