Cottage Location Description: West Park is an extremely spacious barn conversion ideal for a large extended family or a group of friends. It is a fabulous location for summer holidays near the coast. Open all year round it is perfect for autumn and winter breaks for family gatherings and celebrations with the added bonus of an indoor heated swimming pool shared with just 5 other properties on site. It has a sunny private south-facing patio and a sunken lawn garden. Inside the property is a lovely games room with a pool table a large well-equipped family-size kitchen and a spacious living room with a large wood burner and a feature stone chimney breast. Located near Stoke Beach surrounded by rolling rural countryside and close to the south west coastal footpath that extends all along the coastline. The pretty estuary of Mothecombe is just 4 miles away with its lovely sandy beach. The twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo offer some good pubs serving food. The walk following the coastal path around the headland from Noss Mayo to Stoke Beach is well worth it as the views are stunning.

What a fantastic week we had! The accommodation was superb for a large group like us and the facilities supported our every need. The local area is beautiful and we would definitely recommend the local beaches as well as "The Ship Inn" pub in Noss Mayo. Everything you need in terms of additional entertainment and shopping can be found in Plymouth which isn't too far away. It was a very enjoyable holiday and we are hopeful of returning next year.

For a large party this cottage is superb - the pool table, garden and pool all make this place a big hit with children. Fantastic walking along the coastal path, clean and tidy, warm and comfortable!

It was fantastic, very spacious and it was very comfortable for twelve people. I was worried that being a large group would make it crowded and cramped, but it was very spacious and lovely!

Steps to entrance. Ground floor: Dining room/kitchen. Steps down to games room. 4 bedrooms: 2 double one (5ft) with en-suite shower room (no toilet) one with en-suite bathroom with bath shower attachment and toilet 2 twin. Bathroom with bath shower attachment and toilet. Separate toilet. First floor: Living room. 1 twin bedroom. Second floor: 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with toilet.
