Cheddar Gorge Blagdon Lake &ndash - with trout fishing and a wealth of wildlife &ndash - and golf are all nearby. The elegant city of Bath and the cathedral city of Wells are within an easy drive and Weston-super-Mare&rsquo - s many attractions and sandy beach are just 7 miles. Churchill 4 miles offers many activities including a dry ski slope sports centre and horse riding. Bristol Airport 15 minutes. Village shop and pub 2 miles.

A great experience of rural England and a restful break in what was a quite hectic 5 week trip that included Scandinavia, UK and the Balkans.

A fantastic location near beaches, beautiful countryside, caves and good for cycling and walking. Very easy to reach by motorway.

Spacious accommodation in a quiet rural setting. Nearby villages of Winscombe and Banwell had a variety of shops, pubs, take-aways and convenience stores. Found the local people very polite and helpful.

The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it made an excellent base for exploring this part of the UK. The location was very peaceful and we would definitely consider returning!
