It is ideally situated to explore the many attractions in the area. The fantastic Oxborough Hall (NT) is just 4 miles away and well worth a visit. Enjoy walking and cycling through the famous Thetford Forest a haven for wildlife. The wonderful beach at Holkham Wells-next-the-Sea the Queen&rsquo - s Estate at Sandringham the lavender fields and the the many coastal villages with pubs serving local seafood are all within an easy drive. The historic town of Downham is 7 miles and a short drive takes you to historical Kings Lynn with its fine shops riverside walks and restaurants. A day trip to Cambridge is not to be missed. Shop 500 yards pub 3 miles.
