Along with my husband, sister-in law and her husband I booked a houseboat with a motor launch. We had a wonderful holiday, the houseboat was clean, roomy and were met by the friendly owners. The motor launch was an added bonus and we enjoyed the cruises along the river mooring up at the lovely pubs for lunch. The situation of the houseboat near Wroxham was excellent as it was a short walk to shops. A good place to tour from too. I would certainly love another holiday there and was sorry to leave.

Broadland Small Craft Houseboats not only guarantee a warm and friendly welcome, they provide a perfect solution for those looking for a leisurely laid-back holiday whilst being just a two-minute stroll from the centre of Wroxham with its impressive array of shops and restaurants. Hiring a day boat that can be moored outside the Houseboat, allows river cruising throughout the prettiest part of the broads, and by car Norwich, Beccles, Lowestoft, Suffolk Wildlife Park at Kessingland, or Great Yarmouth with all of its facilities and stunning beaches, are all easily accessible. I know of no other holiday that offers so much variety for so little effort.

A holiday on the Norfolk Broads was always going to be special. On arrival we were greeted by Ann and Laurie who own and look after the houseboat that we were staying in. Their caring and helpful nature really made us feel that we had made the best choice of stay. The accommodation was delightful, and with the added addition of a dingy (powered if required), we had a great time exploring the Broads at our own pace and in our own way. Would we recommend it? Without reservation! That personal touch always ensures that your choice was the right one - it certainly was for us! Many thanks.

This was our first holiday on a houseboat. Although we have been on a hired boat on the Broads before, this type of holiday on the houseboat was very relaxing - thankyou.
