Would highly recommend this holiday. Was my first time out on a boat and I was left feeling fully confident after my handover. Everybody was only too happy to help and answered all my questions, no matter how daft they were. No matter where we went, every body gave us a smile and stopped to chat with us. The first time I had to moor up I got in a little bit of a mess and another boater came straight over and helped me out. He did not try and belittle me and offer good advice which helped me through out the rest of my trip. Thank you, sorry I didn't get your name. When we arrived at Wroxam, we contacted the pilot to take us through the bridge. He was there within two minutes. He was a really cheerful guy and was full of useful advice on places to visit, where to get water, good places to moor up. If you need advice you won't go far wrong talking to this guy. When getting back to the boatyard at the end of our holiday, we were a bit concered about trying to get our boat back into the yard with so many other boats in there so we telephoned the yard and within a few minutes someone came out to meet us and took the boat in for us, boy do they make it look easy lol. On getting back to my car I found I had a flat battery. Without having to be asked, somebody went and a got jump leads and a battery and got me started. As we left the yard everyone waved good bye to us. They really are a great group of people who will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great time. If you're not sure if boating is for you, then a four day trip is a great way to try it out, it seemed just the right amount of time for a first trip. And you can be sure the folks at Acle Bridge Boat yard will make sure you have every thing to have a great holiday. Thank you all.

Very relaxing, as lazy or energetic as you want to make it, loved watching nature and listening to dawn chorus! This was our 24th trip and we'll be back (the sooner the better!)

I would recommend the holiday to everyone who wants to be immersed in nature and travel through it a very leisurely pace - it was bliss!

The welcome we recieved from Horizon craft staff was excellent - the best we have ever had on any holiday - they were very informative and extremely friendly. The whole holiday experience was wonderfully relaxing, made even better by the beautiful scenery, and the fact that we had good weather! I would recommend to anyone wnting to chill out and get away from it all.

Different sights each day make it enjoyable as you are not tied down to the same place and entertainment. A variety of places for everyone, from the busy Great Yarmouth to the solitude of the remote canal banks! We've already booked for next year!

The tranquility of this holiday is really relaxing, and the pace of life so much slower, and yet you are within easy reach of the main town if it is required as there is a very good taxi service from where you moor your boat.

It is just so relaxing to cruise along at a leisurely pace, admiring all the wildlife in such abundance. Everyone we met was very helpful and welcoming. We would certainly recommend the cheerful staff at our Horizon Craft boatyard for whom nothing was too much trouble.
