It was my first boating holiday, I was a little apprehensive but found it to be great fun and the kids thought it was the best fun ever! It was a laugh from start to finish. The staff at Richardsons in Acle where the friendliest people, nothing was too much trouble. I will deffinatly book again.

Good base and good boatyard, Staff really helpful, nothing too much trouble. Acle is a good central start point.

A great family holiday, relaxing, but lots to do and great fun for the kids. The boats and the Broads in general are safe and easy to handle although still a bit of a challenge. Good service from the boat yard instilled a good sense of security.

A great holiday with superb weather. Teenagers, 15 and 17, and grandma even enjoyed the few days we had. Lovely views and so many friendly people ready to offer assistance on a lovely boat with more room than we expected.

Such an amazing relaxing and fun holiday, the sights are fantastic and the pubs are very welcoming and lovely. We were a group of girls and we have such a laugh, would recommend this holiday to all different types, old and young. Would definitely do this again and it is so reasonable.

Its a fantastic way to enjoy the Norfolk countryside in a relaxed and friendly environment. We went for a long weekend and we all felt like we had been away for a week! What more can you ask for!!

We had such a great time, this is our second time of going and we love it more and more, as soon as we got back we wanted to book again for next year, very relaxing, and stunning scenery, great pubs along the way.

We had a great time in a beautiful part of the country. Great Yarmouth's wednesday market was well worth a visit. Even my teenagers had fun and that says a lot!

On arrival at our boat yard we were warmly greeted, given loads of information, shown around the boat etc and told to ask for help pr advice at any time during our holiday. We had a wonderful week, 5 adults two children (one with special needs) and a baby - we chose an 11 berth cruiser for the extra space due to family dynamics. The boat was great and it was such fun taking turns at being "captain", we all fished constantly, watched the wildlife (lots of ducks for the little ones), visited a couple of lovely riverside pubs (one right next to our boatyard), and we were so busy we didn't get chance to visit any of the many attractions around the Broads. We're going back next year to amend this!

Probably the best UK Holiday I have ever had, mixing tradition with modern lifestyles. Our holiday was superb and I would suggest everyone tries it at least once!

As first timers it was such a relaxed family holiday and everyone so helpful. We did loads of fishing, chatting, running around, stopping off at pubs and villages, shopping - a brilliant time was had by all. Came back full of beans and the kids loved it, we cannot wait until next time - thank you for the experience, it was well worth it!

The Norfolk Broads is a first class holiday which can be as busy or relaxing as you want it to be.

I would like to recommend Horizon Craft Boatyard. We have had many boating holidays in the past but this was the first time we used Horizon Craft and we were very impressed.
